GESCO AG acquires 100% of the shares in W. Krömker GmbH Parent company
GESCO AG, listed in the Prime Standard, acquires 100% of the shares in United MedTec Holding GmbH (UMT), based in Bückeburg, Lower Saxony. The companies W. Krömker GmbH and Tragfreund GmbH operate under UMT.
The product range of W. Krömker GmbH includes support arms for holding ventilation tubes, infusion systems, monitors and trays as well as equipment trolleys and qualitative mobile stands. Electronic components such as modern ultrasound nebulizers in compact design complete the product range. In addition, the company markets the SKYDOQ® series, an innovative, multi-patented and award-winning support arm system for demanding clinical use.
Together with the long-standing GESCO subsidiary HASEKE GmbH & Co. KG, based in Porta Westfalica and a leader in the development and manufacture of ergonomic and technically sophisticated support arm systems and housing technology, synergies can be fully exploited in the area of support arm and articulated arm systems. In addition to the optimal complement in the product portfolio, the proximity to the location is also an ideal basis for successful joint further development. The two managing directors Andreas Mühlenbeck and Jürgen Roth will remain active in the company.
