The construction of the new production hall located in Bückeburg, Lower Saxony, is on track. The hall will be ready for occupancy at the end of May after just six months of construction. In addition to Krömker's new developments, Tragfreund series will also be built on 1,000 square metres of land. During the first expansion phase, up to 15,000 spring arm units will be able to be produced annually. The SMART ceiling fixture, which will be available in a 1-, 2- or 3-arm versions, shall be manufactured on a separate line. The products are primarily used in main areas of hospitals, for example, in operating rooms and emergency rooms. Further product innovations shall follow in the second half of 2016.
